Josie, life of the party at age 3

We went to my cousin  Mallory's wedding this weekend. It was our last wedding of the season, and Josie kind of has this whole "dance" thing figured out. She knows there will be fun and she knows how to find it.

So I will show you the proof. Picture after picture of Josie being the life of the party. She was pretty innocent with her camera-hogging ways, so it was less annoying (I hope) to others and more just funny and cute. There was a photo booth with props that were right by our table... and the girls took it upon themselves to use every prop they could find. It was their personal toy box. Every wedding should provide this kind of entertainment for the littles! (Pictures courtesy of family members on facebook... my camera was out of commission all night unfortunately.)

We don't know these people...

Audrey had a ball too... it's just not as obvious by the pictures. She gets wiggly when she's tired so being able to roam around and be picked up. put down, danced with, and tickled a bunch was the perfect solution to her over tired self.

The next day, we split up. Audrey and the girls went shopping and Josie and the men went to the lake. We were a bit concerned about Audrey staying awake during all the craziness, but she was awesome! She did take a cat nap in her uncomfortable stroller, but it didn't seem to deter her much and she was her happy little self for the whole drive home. Gahh I just love that girl.

It was a fun weekend. The girls are at awesome ages for celebrations and overnights out of town. They slept great at the hotel (well, Josie did, Audrey was up a few times screaming for no apparent reason but she did sleep in) and were very go-with-the-flow for all of the crazy activities.

Oh how different life will be in a year. :)
